SHARING OUR APPROACH TO REOPENING STORES

We've certainly missed serving you throughout the past few weeks and can’t wait to welcome you into our stores again. As we begin to reopen our doors on Monday, June 8th; ensuring the health and safety of team members and patrons is of the utmost importance.

The world has no doubt changed from the way we once knew it and our approach to retail must inevitably evolve in order to remain accessible and safe. Our curbside service at the flagship location; 284 Bay Street represented the first phase of reopening and provided John Bull’s patrons with access to some of our world-renowned brands. Our flagship store along with John Bull Business Centre will lead the second phase of reopening (June 8th, 2020) offering client facing shopping with social distancing.

As stores fully open to the public; curbside and appointment-based shopping will remain available for your convenience and continued safety. You will also notice several changes to our policies and in-store standards as we strive to offer a safe shopping environment. Our shopping ambassadors will be happy to navigate you through your new in-store experience.

AS YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY; WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED SEVERAL NEW IN-STORE STANDARDS TO PROMOTE A SAFE RETAIL ENVIRONMENT.

Testers

Fragrance testers are available upon request. Cosmetic and Skin Care testers are available for display only.

Hand Sanitizer

Required upon entering the store and prior to trying of products.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange policies on several product categories have been modified.

Handling of Merchandise

Products are cleaned / sanitized after being tried or handled by each customer.

Face Coverings

John Bull Associates and customers are required to wear masks.

Social Distancing

Social distancing of at least six feet will be strictly enforced. To support this we will limit occupancy throughout stores and provide floor decals as a reminder.

Increased Cleanings

We’ve increased cleaning schedules for high-touch surfaces and spaces.

Associate Wellness

John Bull Associates are required to participate in daily wellness screens before their shifts.
